Raindrops on Roses...

Not only did we fully embrace our British Heritage by re-visiting the sights of London and strolling round parks and wondering down mews soaking in the buzz of one of the best cities in the world, this Summer... WE. SHOPPED.

 

Here's one of my favourite outfits; featuring my favourite Moschino gold earrings, black crop top, blazer, Leopard print skirt and obligatory Saint Laurent bag.

When browsing around The Shop At Bluebird; my skirt was put to shame by this pair of Phillip Lim Leather Leopard print trousers. I wanted to walk out with them on, there and then.

I battled through a potentially painful champagne hangover to attend car boots on a Sunny Sunday morning; which proved to be worth it after spotting this little number...

Wore it to London shopping a couple of days later, teamed with Moschino-esque gold costume jewellery, ankle boots and my favourite Saint Laurent tote.

Sunshine, champagne and Sequins...

Excuse me for being so stereotypically British, however, it's such a shame to not comment on (and photograph) the long stretch of beautiful weather that we have experienced in recent months. Not only did we make it through Glastonbury with the sun beating down, it continued throughout July, which included many Family Birthdays and friend's BBQs.

Naturally, I seized the opportunity to embrace my inner Greek Goddess; this included white, gold sequins, chignons, white nail varnish, orange Hermes loafers and, of course, a black feathered fan!

Donatella Does It Again

I'm a self-confessed Black&Gold whore, with a secret fetish for anything with a hint of 80's tack/ OTT, so I usually find myself drawn to Donatella and her Versace creations.

Having recently found this in a vintage store and rarely taken it off...

... I was delighted when I laid eyes on the cover of Style magazine. Medusa belts galore!

Just wanted to take a moment to pay homage to the glamour of the new Versus Versace J.W. Anderson Collection.

The omni-glamour, thigh-high splits, PVC and crop tops will forever hold a place in my heart- and my wardrobe.
